Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, address their inquiries about our high-quality Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the perfect solutions. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be vital in resolving any concerns while maintaining the stellar reputation of our brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Building trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
• Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
• Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintaining precise records for work orders and formulas.
• Arranging and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
• Organizing displays and making sure shelves are stocked and visually appealing.
• Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as needed.
• Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
• Staying informed about product offerings and discussing options with customers.
• Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
• Experience in selling paint or related products is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
