The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa areas at all times. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Performs any other duties as assigned. Responsible for daily operation of the spa to include adherence to all opening and closing activities. Ensures the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of spa facility. Understands proper use of all spa equipment and ensures proper use of equipment by spa guests. Ensures guest adherence to established rules and regulations and takes appropriate action as needed. Maintains accurate accident and incident reports. Stocks related inventories to include linens and towels; delivers and receives linens to/from laundry facility. Maintains positive guest relations and adheres to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Working knowledge of required chemicals used for cleaning and maintaining the locker room facilities. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Display strong work ethic and team work.
