Job Summary

Bring flavor to the field! As a Sous Chef at Northwest Stadium, you'll play a vital role in the culinary experience, supporting our Executive Chef and leading a high-performing kitchen team. You will ensure quality, creativity, and compliance in every dish served, bringing innovation to classic stadium fare while maintaining consistency and excellence.

Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and production
Support Executive Chef in recipe execution and food quality assurance
Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance
Train and supervise kitchen team members
Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing
Ensure presentation and quality meet Levy standards
