• Key Responsibilities:
• • Manage large data sets in Excel for vendor onboarding, transition data, and progress tracking across multiple client accounts
  • Direct and guide transition coordinators to ensure proper data entry, follow-up comments, and detailed documentation
  • Pull daily reports from multiple systems to populate transition dashboards and provide statistical reporting to Transition Leads
  • Manage vendor correspondence and handle escalations while performing data cleansing and preparation activities
  • Complete Bulk Upload templates and ensure transition teams remain focused on established priorities
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending efficiency solutions
• Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
• • Advanced proficiency in Excel including expert-level functions such as complex formulas, macros, data modeling, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral and written - with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines while directing and coordinating team activities
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies: Aravo, Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Avetta, and ISN
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university with experience in procurement, analytics, or project coordination roles
• Required Skills and Experience:
• • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
  • Work within time-sensitive deadlines, escalating to Transition Leads as needed
  • Stay current with evolving JLL technologies, tools, and systems
  • Advanced data cleansing, normalization and preparation capabilities
  • Creating comprehensive dashboards and statistical reports from multiple data sources

Estimated compensation for this position:
70,843.00 - 86,753.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
