About Your Role:

As a Software Development Engineering Sr Advisor II Tech Lead you will be a key leader in our organization, delivering cutting-edge software solutions for Fiserv's Output Solutions. In this role, you will drive the development strategy and ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives. Fiserv composes and prints around 3.5 billion documents annually. We have production capabilities that lead the industry in document management and printing. We utilize multiple technologies and software to deliver these products to our customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's Print business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members
• Drive innovation and best practices within the software development team

Experience You'll Need To Have:

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead
• 4+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
• 4+ years of experience in SQL databases and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Experience That Would Be Great To Have:

• Experience in the financial services industry

Travel:

• Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected
