Job Title

Under minimal supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Responsible for complex concept design through the full development life cycle. Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests. Coaches others in less senior positions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of experience. The position requires experience with: ServiceNow Mobile Application development; ServiceNow Catalog development; ServiceNow Platform administration, reliability and monitoring; ServiceNow Reporting & Analytics; Agile development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius.
