Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Our US base salary range for this position is $141,000-$202,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location; your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in one or more of the following languages: Ruby, Python, Java, C++.
• Experience in kernel development and architecting and developing distributed systems design.

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
