- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Nursing experience in either LTC or Rehab settings

- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: Will accept pending licensure. Candidate will need to begin license process ASAP.
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Special Requirements
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- Unit Details: PTCC is able to work with the traveler related to: day off needed or if start/ending of shift times need to be flexed. PTCC is a fast-paced environment, traveler needs time management skills.
- Additional Skills Required: Collaborative care, Coordinate services to home care and equipment following discharge, Document pertinent information to facilitate care coordination, Participate in care conference activities, Refer to rehab and long term care facilities
