Social Service Therapist (Licensed)

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will combine two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network starting in late fall 2025. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Social Service Therapist (Licensed). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Social Service Therapist (Licensed) performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.

• Master's Degree is required.
• Must possess a state licensure: LPC, LPC-I, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW.
• 3-5 years of experience is preferred, but 1-2 years of experience is required.
