We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Plowers to join our winter operations team. The ideal candidate will operate snow removal equipment to clear roads, driveways, parking lots, and walkways in a safe and timely manner. This role is critical to ensuring accessibility and safety during winter weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplows, salt spreaders, shovels, and other snow removal equipment
• Clear snow and ice from designated areas including commercial and residential properties
• Apply de-icing materials as needed
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment before and after use
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred for heavy equipment)
• Experience operating snow removal equipment (plows, skid steers, loaders, etc.)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $44720.00/yr.

Overtime hours! Job security with backlog of work! Weekly pay. Large facility with access to be cross trained. Ability to go into welding school. Annual reviews and raises - 3%. Facility is looking to get automated.

This is a fully onsite position in Sun Prairie, WI.
