Principal Accountabilities:

• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Identify and report follow-up work and parts required.
• Assist in developing and implementing new systems.
• Complete, sign, and return work orders to the Maintenance Supervisor including necessary details.
• Help promote and communicate Maintenance and Reliability within the organization.
• Participate in housekeeping, safety training, and meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, listening).
• Ensure compliance with all local codes and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in PLC and control system troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting limit switches, photo eye, and proximity switches.
• Proficient in reading ladder diagrams and troubleshooting PLC machines without a computer.
• Able to troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty electrical components using hand tools and electrical test equipment.
• Experience in measuring, cutting, and bending conduits.
• Able to set up and troubleshoot drives.
• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum system concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
