We are looking for experienced professionals who are ready to tackle complex demolition projects in commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Perform manual and mechanical demolition of structures, including concrete, steel, and wood materials.
• Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, grinders, and drills for demolition tasks.
• Safely use heavy equipment, including skid steers and mini-excavators (if certified).
• Remove debris and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Assist with hazardous material handling (if trained/certified).
• Travel to project sites as needed; per diem provided for out-of-town work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in demolition, construction, or related field.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Safety or equipment training certifications (OSHA, fall protection, skid steer, mini excavator & lift operation) are preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial demolition processes.
• Experience operating power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and attention to detail.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to travel for projects when needed.

Compensation & Stability:

• $30 - $37 per hour, paid weekly
