Job Duties : Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning. May telecommute. )

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a database administrator or site reliability developer-related occupation. Position requires:

   Scripting: SQL commands, PLSQL, and system packages, Python and Shell;

   n

2. n

   Administration, management, and troubleshooting Linux platforms RHEL and OEL;

   n
n
3. n

   Data storage, sub system, IO, disk and performance tuning;

   n
n
4. n

   Implementation and troubleshooting of Oracle Database technology including RAC, Dataguard, ASM, and RMAN;

   n
n
5. n

   Database and Applications Performance Tuning;

   n
n
6. n

   Data storage sub systems, I/O and Disk; and

   n
n
7. n

   Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database systems and troubleshooting problems related to databases and applications.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,709 to $199,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

   Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
