Site Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee large, complex equipment installation projects at customer sites. This role requires a focus on mechanical, electrical, and system testing work. You will lead a team of 10-20 people, including contractors, ensuring installations are completed safely, on time, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the project from start to finish.
• Lead other managers and coordinators.
• Handle challenging situations with customers and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and investigate incidents.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Manage changes and keep project documents updated.
• Train and coach your team to enhance their skills.

Essential Skills

• Experience in site management and field service management.
• Proficiency in tool installation and project management.
• Ability to manage field service, electrical systems, and project scheduling.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in semiconductor equipment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex installations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience in a clean room environment is preferred.
• Ability to walk long distances (12-14 miles/day) and work at heights.
• Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and expenses.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a clean room setting where you may need to walk long distances and work at heights. You will handle irate customers and present reports on budget, timeline, expenses, and manpower. Initial travel is required for training at active sites, such as Dallas, Texas, before transitioning to a local site in Boise, Idaho, with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 6 AM-4 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Vacation PTO relocation package - package dependent on where they are moving from.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Boise,ID.
