Site Analyst

As a Site Analyst, you will be part of the Solutions Center supporting global IT operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Analyst

Location: ON-SITE in Wickliffe, Ohio

Pay Range:$35

What's the Job?

• Serve as a local site resource to resolve technical issues requiring face-to-face or local knowledge.
• Research and resolve technical problems/issues for end users, working as primary level 1/2 support when needed.
• Provide training and education to the local end user community on IS systems and processes.
• Create, update, and review knowledgebase documents related to the local site.
• Collaborate with vendors or third-party companies for advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and installations.

What's Needed?

• A four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10, Microsoft Office 2013 & 365, and common internet browsers.
• Knowledge of Citrix, Adobe products, and mobile devices such as iPhones/iPads and Android devices.
• Working knowledge of Windows Internals, Networking Fundamentals, and Information Security Fundamentals.
