Shop Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Shop Technician, where you'll work a 1st Shift Schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm. You will be responsible for performing basic assembly and disassembly operations, ensuring conformance to quality specifications using blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly and disassembly operations.
• Use precision measuring devices to assemble and disassemble final products.
• Interpret blueprints effectively.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes.
• Conduct Safety Stop Audits observations.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement and Development (CI/PID) Process.
• Engage in cross-training or support various areas of the shop.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools. Experience with drivetrain parts assembly and disassembly. Ability to use precision measuring devices. Blueprint interpretation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Mechanical Assembly/Disassembly, welding, Metal Fabrication, Agricultural or Construction Equipment Assembly, Mechanics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Fargo, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.53 - $26.13/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
