Shop Project Technician Electromechanical

We are seeking a skilled Shop Project Technician to join a dynamic service team supporting high-voltage electrical products. This role is hands-on and essential to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrade of client equipment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with electromechanical systems, and building high-quality products, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of all returned products entering the service shop.
• Disassemble, diagnose, and determine repair, refurbishment, or upgrade needs.
• Reassemble and test products to ensure full functionality and quality standards.
• Assist in the construction, assembly, and operation of mobile equipment lines, including drilling, painting touch-ups, mounting equipment, and testing.
• Support engineering in developing, building, or testing prototypes.
• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to calibrate and verify equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, devices, or product issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technician experience, with a strong mechanical background and some electrical experience.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable learning new tasks and processes with guidance from engineering teams.
