Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Upholsterers for a project located in Milwaukee, WI . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Apply fabrics, padding, springs, and other materials

• Cut/sew upholstery materials with precision

• Repair/replace damaged components (padding, springs, frames)

• Collaborate with designers/clients to meet design vision

• Upholster, reupholster, recover, and restore furniture (chairs, sofas, cushions, etc.)

• Inspect completed pieces for defects, ensure quality standards

• Properly handle/store materials and tools

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional upholstery experience

• Up-to-date resume

• Strong portfolio of upholstery work (residential + commercial)

• Experience with industrial sewing machines, hand tools, upholstery equipment

• Basic woodworking knowledge (prep substrates, CNC-produced cushions)

• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail

• Ability to follow design plans/drawings

• Strong communication & time management skills

• Knowledge of safety protocols
