We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate shipments, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with carriers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations
• Prepare shipping documents and labels
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Communicate with warehouse staff and customer service teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
