Shipping And Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and organized Shipping and Receiving Specialist to oversee the daily flow of shipping and receiving operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement daily shipping and receiving flow
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
• Assemble truck loading papers based on transportation trip sheets
• Audit material orders and verify shipment load accuracy
• Complete shipping paperwork and maintain records in ERP system
• Enter quality results and generate production reports using computer systems

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ERP/SAP systems
• 12 years of forklift or overhead crane operation experience
• Proficiency in packaging, shipping, and receiving
• 2 years of experience in material and document flow within a production system
• Familiarity with palletizing, press brake, shear, production, and roll forming

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
