We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of clerical warehouse duties related to inventory control, packing and shipping parts to customers, and receiving incoming parts and materials. The Shipping Coordinator will accurately maintain physical bin inventories, properly inspect and modify parts, and ensure that orders are taken from inventory and shipped correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Ship product utilizing FedEx, UPS Worldship and online freight bills of lading.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Place received materials, parts, and supplies into correct stock locations or requesting departments.
• Interface with Sales and Purchasing regarding incoming parts and outgoing orders.
• Manage physical inventory, including changing bins for new items or additional space.
• Modify parts when applicable.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving, parcel, and LTL shipping.
• Accurately process removed items from the ERP system.
• Compare identifying information and quantities on packing slips against customer orders, count items for verification, and note discrepancies.
• Place items in containers, wrap, and properly pack parts for shipment.
• Ship packages via specified carriers such as Federal Express, United Parcel Service (UPS), and LTL.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years experience with shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience shipping and receiving mechanical parts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in material handling and packaging.
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, ERP systems.
• Inventory management and international shipping.
• Experience processing orders and picking.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
