We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
• Coordinate truck loading/unloading to minimize delays and optimize dock efficiency.
• Maintain an organized inventory system using ERP software, ensuring accurate location tracking.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Vehicle Coordinator to support vehicle movements and logistics.
• Tag and label all inventory items with complete and accurate information.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for supply chain and order management systems.
• Respond to internal requests with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain proficiency in ERP and scheduling tools.
• Uphold safety standards and smart work practices at all times.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Workwise experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Customer service mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Work Environment:

This role involves operating a sit-down forklift with 8 ft. forks to handle large or awkward items. The atmosphere is casual yet safety-focused, with a supportive team and a flexible schedule that starts as early as 7:00 AM.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
