Trillium Staffing is now seeking Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associates in Howell, MI!

Schedule is Day Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM). Pay Range: $19.50 $21.50 per hour to start.

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work environment, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks including material handling, staging, loading/unloading, and accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, shipping docks, and surrounding areas.
• Perform general facility upkeep: sweeping, trash removal, dusting, dock well inspections/cleaning, and stocking.
• Assist with basic maintenance duties such as painting walls and small repair tasks as directed.
• Conduct routine grounds and traffic area checks (foot/forklift).
• Utilize computer systems including Excel for inventory and transaction tracking.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals.

Additional Information:

• Half-hour of overtime is included in the schedule daily.
• Two paid 15-minute breaks and one paid 30-minute lunch break (employee must remain on-site to be paid for lunch no exceptions).
• Performance evaluations conducted weekly.
