This role involves handling and preparing documents at the prep table, ensuring they are ready for imaging. You will be responsible for quality control by matching hard copies to virtual copies, indexing, and creating file names using proprietary software. The position requires precision and attention to detail while performing general labor tasks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Bring cartons to the prep table and remove documents in small batches.
• Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners from documents.
• Straighten bent corners or folded pages to ensure documents lay flat.
• Return documents to cartons in the original order.
• Perform quality control by matching hard copies to virtual copies on a computer screen.
• Index and create file names using proprietary software.

Essential Skills:

• General labor experience.
• Experience in warehouse and material handling.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PC and keyboarding skills with high attention to detail for matching names and numbers.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
