Performance Objectives:

• Completes all MBS Certifications
• Masters opening and closing flow charts
• Executes Total Restaurant Cleaning systems
• Focuses on Key Drivers of Cleanliness, Speed, and Accuracy
• Runs effective shifts

Starting wage is negotiable (40 hour work week with over time available)
