Our shift managers are critical members of our team you help our general managers lead our crews and service our customers smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high-energy and fun environment!

What We Expect From You

What you bring to the Wendy's table:

You have at least one year of quick service restaurant management experience or two years of crew experience

You have reliable transportation and are on time to every shift

You have a great attitude and strong work ethic. You will need to be able to lead a crew and most shifts, you'll have to hop in and help!
