Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

• Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter/waitress, etc. will help with training. Spanish, Espanol, Portuguese multi lingual available

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
