Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
• Manage inventory, placing orders and controlling stock levels effectively.
• Assist in cash handling and financial reporting for the shift.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and share ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality food.

Compensation: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
