Set Up Tech

This role involves performing mechanical and electrical repairs to production equipment, setting up, shutting down, and restarting production equipment. You will also assist with mold changes and the assembly and disassembly of molds.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve injection mold processing issues on the production floor
• Set up, shut down, and restart production equipment.
• Assist with mold changes.
• Handle assembly and disassembly of molds.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in troubleshooting plastic injection molding equipment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Education or certifications related to manufacturing, maintenance, or other related fields are advantageous.

Pay reviews at 6-month mark and 1 year mark

-Yearly bonus at end of calendar year based on

team/companies' performance

-Climate controlled

Train on days for some weeks before moving to shift.

Work Environment

Join a climate-controlled facility with openings on the night shift schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lees Summit, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr. Company offers full medical, dental, & vision insurance. Pay raises and advancement are based on attendance and performance.
