The main job duties for this position are sort and clean soft contents and personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory the items. You will be required to assist and performing other restoration activities, as needed, including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition. Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Valid driver's license, willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred. IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
