We are looking for a rockstar Service Manager to join their team and lead the charge in ensuring top-notch service and maintenance of HVAC systems. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 5+ years of HVAC management experience to showcase their skills and take on a new challenge in a dynamic work environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate service schedules, parts ordering, and equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex HVAC projects
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations to maintain a safe and effective work environment

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of service technicians
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration technology to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ability to inspire pride and dedication in team members to deliver top-quality service
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Proficiency in utilizing resources efficiently to overcome challenges and deliver results

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 USD per year
