Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator provides essential administrative and dispatching support within the inspection department, ensuring efficient coordination and communication for service and inspection operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from reception during regular office hours.
• Coordinate work orders and agreements.
• Dispatch technicians to perform the work.
• Coordinate call-off lift rentals for work orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors for work orders.
• Create and provide subcontractors and vendors with purchase orders.
• Process work orders and inspection reports.
• Process purchase order numbers for restock on inventory.
• Manage collections for service and inspection billings.
• Convert service and inspection paperwork to electronic forms.
• Maintain a log of inspection reports.
• Assist with ordering and purchasing materials from vendors, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in dispatching and service coordinating within the construction industry (such as HVAC, roofing, general contracting).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Quality communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to comprehend and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize key responsibilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Vista Viewpoint is a significant advantage.

Work Environment

The position follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a business casual dress code (jeans acceptable). The work environment is supportive, being 100% employee-owned, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Leola, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
