Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Experience creating and launching new products from concept to launch.
• Experience in product strategy and consumer product design.
• Experience with prototyping and using GenAI tools and models.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• Experience with visual design.
• Ability to execute with velocity and a focus on driving user adoption.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment and executive buy-in.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the UX definition and product idea for new GenAI viewer and creator experiences, working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to align on a user-centered strategy.
• Shape and execute the design for product launches, producing deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to find product-market fit.
• Own the design process with little guidance, managing work across multiple projects.
• Drive product innovation through active ideation, concept development, and user testing.
• Build relationships with partners and contribute to a supportive UX culture that values critical feedback in the pursuit of excellence.
