• Experience in designing and implementing various automation frameworks across multiple client organizations
• Design and implement test automation solutions/ strategies to achieve optimization, reduce cycle time and to improve test efficiency and coverage
• Experience in conducting Testing practice assessment, Automation specific assessments across IT organizations
• Experience in In Sprint and End to End automation and Agile Methodology
• Design and build DevOps pipeline for new programs
• Specialized in developing implementation roadmap, establishing standard process and procedures
• Experienced in Mobile Testing, Microservices / API and Browser Compatibility Testing
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Strong coding skills in Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven and good to have experience in one more tool like UFT, etc.
• Strong framework knowledge and experience in writing re-usable methods/library
• Strong in providing technical solution and solving automation issues and challenges
• Must to have the experience in Jenkins (CI/CD) and source control management tool (Git, Git hub, Bitbucket)
• Knowledge in API automation and good to have one API automation tool exposure (optional)
• Good to have mobile automation experience (optional)
• Effective team handling and good communication skills
