Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines and vaccines. We are committed to improving health and well-being at every stage of life. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with a proven track record of creating advanced and unique visualizations in Tableau. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately represent data and metrics through thorough analysis and transformation.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay: $65 - $70/hr W2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced Tableau visualizations to support business decision-making.

• Conduct thorough data analysis and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and metrics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements prior to development.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any roadblocks.

• Ensure that all visualizations and dashboards meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

Experience Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and transformation techniques.

• Extensive experience in creating data visualizations using Tableau.

• Strong skills in requirement documentation and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep the team informed and engaged.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with other data visualization tools and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
