Senior Solution Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting the Dealer Engagement Platform team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead in delivering solutions that support key business needs within the Dealer Engagement Platform.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture guidelines, specifications, and quality standards.
• Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions.
• Develop test plans, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and integration testing to ensure requirements are met prior to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure product availability and proper functioning.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and Extranets.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies, large datasets, and relational databases.
• Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and Visio, along with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
