We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Site Reliability Engineer Manager to spearhead and support our initiatives within the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Operations teams. This pivotal role balances both project management and technical responsibilities, focusing on elevating reliability, resiliency, observability, and stability across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Persona User: Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to boost productivity and foster innovation by automating workflows and repetitive tasks. Assess new trends to promote continuous improvement and strategic advancements.

• Project Management & Coordination:
• Oversee and manage multiple projects, tracking schedules, deliverables, and proactively reporting status updates.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Ensure cohesive collaboration among various teams.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Craft and deliver executive-level presentations and status reports.
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• SRE Activities:
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing system reliability and performance.
• Support incident response and problem management processes.
• Drive improvements in reliability, resiliency, and observability for services.
• Optimize monitoring and alerting systems.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements.
• Support the integration and adoption of observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools.
• Participate in rotational on-call support.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Technical Background: Over 5 years of experience in technology
• Communication Skills: More than 4 years of strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and large groups
• Project Management Experience: At least 3 years managing technical projects in agile or hybrid environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Prior experience as an SRE, cloud operations engineer, or a similar technical role is highly desirable
• Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Security: Experience managing security vulnerabilities and remediation
• Observability Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Splunk , Dynatrace , Grafana , or similar

The salary for this role ranges from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
