As Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring's board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the Information Technology and Security team

  n

• n

  Leads ServiceNow services, processes and technologies to design and integrate leading-edge, business-critical solutions for mission critical, enterprise-wide solutions

  n

• n

  Supports creating the overall roadmap, shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption, and facilitates execution of efforts that will drive forward platform strategy in a timely manner

• n

  Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, FSM, etc.) to meet business requirements

  n

• n

  Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations

  n
n
• n

  Build custom applications and extend existing functionality on the ServiceNow platform

  n
n
• n

  Ensure platform performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  n
n
• n

  Participate in design sessions and provide technical input on new features and integrations

  n
n
• n

  Maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations

  n
n
• n

  Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

  n
n
• n

  Support platform upgrades and new feature implementations

  n
n
• n

  Continuously track ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends

  n
n
• n

  Promotes Elara Caring's philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care

  n

• n

  Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule

  n
n
• n

  Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

n
• n

  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.

  n
n
• n

  10+ years ServiceNow development/configuration experience.

  n
n
• n

  Proven Success with ITSM, HRSD, FSM or other Service Now Modules

  n
n
• n

  Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)

  n
n
• n

  Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models and best practices

  n
n
• n

  Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments of ServiceNow

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with ITIL processes

  n
n
• n

  Ability to travel up to 10% within the US

  n
n
• n

  Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

n
