Lead SDET

You'll lead efforts to introduce automation to several applications that currently lack it, and help transition our tooling toward Playwright.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level SDETs, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Drive improvements to our existing automation framework and adapt it for diverse applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Organize and optimize existing test cases, some of which are already automated in Playwright.
• Play a key role in transitioning automation tools and frameworks, with a focus on Playwright.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test artifacts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead SDET.
• Expert-level proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# development.
• Comfortable with a 6070% hands-on role in test automation.
• Demonstrated ability to implement automation best practices and critique/improve frameworks.
• Experience in creating automated test scripts and test documentation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Playwright is a strong plus.
• Experience with API testing is a plus.
