Senior Reliability Engineer

Lincoln Electric, the global leader in advanced arc welding solutions and manufacturing technologies, is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Reliability Engineer. In this vital role, you will drive production equipment reliability and champion operational excellence throughout our manufacturing systems. Your work will help ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and enhance efficiency through innovative, data-driven maintenance strategies.

As a key member of our team, based in Euclid - 22801 , you will:

1. Support maintenance teams with complex repair issues.
2. Provide comprehensive documentation and training to boost workforce capabilities.
3. Research alternatives to costly wear items and repair parts, exploring substitutions, new materials, and innovative methods.
4. Conduct thorough root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures, implementing effective corrective actions.
5. Deploy and endorse predictive maintenance technologies to mitigate unplanned downtime, including development of clear procedures and documentation.
6. Design and enhance preventative maintenance programs, ensuring accurate task documentation and adherence to schedules.
7. Collaborate with engineering on equipment modifications, new design initiatives, and capital project justifications.
8. Advocate for and educate the organization on the benefits of predictive maintenance across multiple technical and operational departments.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience with manufacturing equipment, focusing on maintenance and reliability.
• Experienced in industrial environments.
• Proficient with predictive maintenance technologies and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong in reliability tools and methodologies.
• Adept in data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or statistical software.
• Skilled at interpreting failure data to develop actionable insights.
• Experienced in conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experienced in planning and executing reliability improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
• Competent in presenting technical findings and recommendations to leadership.
