About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - WC Claims Solutions will lead the strategy and development of claims-focused products within the Workers\' Compensation space. This role is ideal for someone with deep domain expertise in claims operations and a passion for building data-driven tools that solve real-world problems. You\'ll work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for Workers\' Compensation claims solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and define priorities
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Lead product development efforts from concept through launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Present product updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
• Direct experience in Workers\' Compensation claims and/or medical billing workflows
• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with engineering and data teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, or tools like Python is a plus
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative and proactive mindset
• Passion for solving complex problems with practical, data-driven solutions
