Senior People Technology Partner

Job Overview:

As a pivotal member of the Human Resources team, the Senior People Technology Partner will collaborate with various departments, leveraging expertise in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and service. Reporting to the People Technology Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert, utilizing your advanced knowledge of HRIS setups to implement creative enhancements and drive continuous improvements.

This role is crucial for supporting core HR programs through system enhancements and responsiveness to user needs. You will engage in complex HR system configurations and design execution, ensuring our technology effectively supports our workforce.

Highlights of Your Role:

• People Technology Strategy & Collaboration:

• Clearly communicate HR system changes and their business impact.
• Build and nurture cross-functional partnerships to align system functionality with business needs.
• Consult with HR, IT, and vendors to resolve system issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analyses.
• Stay informed about system updates and drive enhancements that elevate business value.
• Recommend system upgrades and new functionalities.
• Engage with external networks to bring in best practices.
• Provide coaching on effective system usage and problem-solving.

• System Development & Configuration:

• Configure enterprise-wide HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Audit data for integrity and consistency.
• Develop and test system enhancements and scripts.
• Create end-user support and training tools.
• Collaborate with vendors for upgrades and system maintenance.
• Identify service trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Generate reports and manage system security protocols.
• Support integration of acquisitions and maintain thorough documentation.
• Contribute to strategic planning and HR technology strategy.

• Project Management:

• Oversee projects from inception to execution, tracking milestones, risks, and resource allocation.

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Mentor team members and serve as a technical resource.
• Influence the objectives and operational plans of the People Technology team.
• Independently handle complex assignments and lead high-visibility projects.
• Utilize advanced technical expertise to address unique HR system challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR technology systems and applications.
• Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management solutions, Business Intelligence, and Cognos reporting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, programs, and practices.
• Ability to consult and share knowledge of critical HRIS skills.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to influence and guide management and colleagues across HR functions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for business partners.
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong multitasking skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities.

Compensation: $81,000 - $108,000 annually
