We are seeking a Senior Partner of Ethics & Compliance Investigations to lead our internal investigations program across the organization. Highlights of Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into workplace misconduct, covering all phases including planning, document analysis, interviews, and reporting to ensure a prompt, thorough, and impartial process.
- Assist with triaging reports from the EthicsPoint system, ensuring they are assigned to neutral and impartial investigators, while being matched considering the risk level and subject matter.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of investigations, support data integrity and reporting needs, and perform regular audits to verify the proper storage of investigation records in the designated case file system.
- Advise and collaborate with HR to develop and maintain investigation processes, protocols, templates, and documentation standards, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Identify trends and patterns from reported concerns and employee experience data sources to guide training, policy updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
You're a Good Fit If You Have:
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Compliance and/or investigations certification (e.g., CCEP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR, Compliance, or Employee Relations roles.
- An understanding of employment laws (e.g., Title VII, FMLA, ADAAA, ADEA, NLRA), standard investigation practices, and case management systems (e.g., EthicsPoint, Navex).

- The ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
