Senior Network Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and optimize secure network architectures for enterprise and classified environments.
• Lead network performance tuning, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols (DISA STIGs, RMF).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-availability network solutions.
• Automate network administration tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven expertise in network security.
• Must be 8570 compliant, holding ideally a CompTIA Security + CE or greater certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
• Strong background in network hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
