This role offers exposure to the latest web application development technologies including .NET, Entity Framework, WCF, Angular, and more. Youll work in an Agile environment with a strong focus on collaborative design and independent problem-solving.

Project Scope:

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining multiple mission-critical applications that support child welfare and human services initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the development of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a secure provider portal for qualified service providers.
• Collaborate on planning and system design to meet evolving federal requirements.
• Implement changes to existing systems to support new legislative mandates.
• Maintain and enhance core applications supporting case management and service delivery.
• Support operations of portals used by foster care, investigation, and family preservation teams.
• Develop and modify VB/ASP.NET and C# code integrated with MS SQL Server 2019.

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance):

• 10+ years designing and implementing medium to large-scale .NET-based software systems.
• 8+ years developing data-driven applications with relational databases.
• Strong experience with N-tier architectures, scalable systems, and complex security models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and enterprise-level application/database/web servers.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in child welfare or human services domains.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework 6 and ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher.
