In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

• Lead project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes and follow quality procedures for document production for full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation and coaching.
• Assist our Market Sector Leaders with the development of local marketing plans, market analysis and support business development activities.
• Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning.
• Conduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teams.
• Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations.
• Manage and produce virtual interviews.
• Develop and implement procedures and processes for identification, screening and selection of pursuits.
• Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials.
• Write non-technical text, and edit and proofread marketing collateral.
• Provide storyboarding and message development for proposals.
• Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications.
• Coordinate professional association events, including developing conference concepts, promotions and artwork.
• Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field: Marketing, Business, Communications, English or Journalism
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
• Local candidate

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
• Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
