Senior Manager, Incident Management

The Senior Manager, Incident Management, will play a critical role within the Last Mile Delivery, Trust and Safety organization. This position supports the Incident Management program, which is responsible for responding to all reported incidents that occur with Walmart deliveries in the Last Mile. The team manages a high volume of incidents and is responsible for driving consistency and quality through structured incident management processes, enabling proactive risk mitigation, and identifying scalable solutions that enable consistency and efficiency.

Act as the voice of our business, maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and associates

Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs and deliver solutions

Manage critical workstreams and executive communications, including project status, milestones, and escalations

Drive business decisions by analyzing and interpreting data insights

Improve ways of working through scalable, data-driven solutions

Lead a collaborative and inclusive team culture, empowering high-performance and operational excellence

Extensive experience in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, including developing change management strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, generating training, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

You possess understanding and experience in AI. ML, deep learning, and Generative AI applications. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in incident management, risk management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
