What you will be doing:

1. Lead a high-performing team focused on driving data-driven insights, operational excellence, and strategic execution across our marketplace business.
2. Oversee the development and delivery of performance dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights to track business health and identify growth opportunities.
3. Design and optimize operational processes, including onboarding, product catalog management, seller enablement, and promotional execution to ensure seamless scalability and compliance.
4. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Category Management teams to develop initiatives that improve marketplace competitiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
5. Analyze marketplace trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer data to inform strategy, presenting recommendations to senior leadership and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring service-level agreements are met and the marketplace operates efficiently.
7. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and performance updates.

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
2. 8+ years of progressive experience in marketplace management, e-commerce operations, analytics, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
4. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing operational processes end-to-end.
5. Proven track record in designing, implementing, and scaling processes that enhance operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
6. Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MBA or advanced degree in related discipline.
2. Experience in a high-growth digital marketplace environment.
3. Familiarity with marketplace technologies, seller platforms, and operational tools (e.g., OMS, PIM, CRM).
4. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
5. Background in vendor management and/or third-party partner oversight.
