Senior Lead Technology Banking Relationship Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Banking Relationship Manager to join our Atlanta technology banking team. This individual will cover growth stage companies and focus on acquiring new business relationships and deepening an existing portfolio of clients.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makers
2. Drive revenue generation across Wells Fargo's platform by proactively identifying new credit and non-credit opportunities for new and existing clients
3. Handle all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing bank lending and other credit related products
4. Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, investment banking, capital markets, and asset-based lending groups
5. Perform financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral
6. Identify and qualify top prospects in the market and then introduce them to our firm and our unique capabilities
7. Partner with existing clients to ensure we are helping them meet their current and future needs
8. Develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levels
9. Stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology
10. Represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences
11. Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutions
12. Maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of the technology ecosystem
• Extensive relationships with technology companies, venture capital firms, non-bank lenders, and service providers
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
• Completion of formal credit training program
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and 79 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
• Commercial banking account relationship management experience within the Middle Market segment
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
• Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
• Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
• Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$159,000.00 - $254,000.00
