As a Senior Lead Platform Architect, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Web Platform team reporting to the Director, Platform Architecture you will directly support web engineers across the web software engineering group, defining platform architecture, building enabling tools and improving our applications.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Define, build, and support the web platform technical architecture and strategies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure technical architecture, strategies, and solutions align with business objectives and vision.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work with architects, developers, release engineers, and other engineering teams to improve test automation, application performance, reliability, code quality and consistency, delivery, and velocity.
• Ensure core principles and best practices are followed throughout the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions.

What you will take ownership of:

• As a member of the Web Platform Architecture team, you will be responsible for framework and package selection and management, enablement tooling and engineering mentorship across the web teams.

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Five (5) years of work experience in web UI frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, etc.)
• Experience with App Router, React Router, React Server Components, or similar framework solutions
• This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
• Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Ten (10) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Experience with large e-commerce and digital delivery
